Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated, the following Terms and Conditions apply to all work undertaken by w4webdesign :-
- As soon as the customer is satisfied, full payment is due. There is no 30 day credit.
- A written quotation will be provided prior to commencement of work. Any quotes issued are valid for 30 days only.
- Our liability is limited to a refund. No additional liability arises from loss of work due to any failure of the site or search engine performance.
- Ownership of the contents of each website lies with w4webdesign until full payment has been made by the customer, at which point ownership transfers to the customer.
